目前我国职业经理人市场发展还存在很多问题,这既与市场交易主体自身有关,也与外部市场环境有关。为推动其健康发展提出以下对策:(1)提高职业经理人自身能力和职业道德;(2)建立和完善企业的内部用人机制;(3)建立权威的资格认证体系和有效的评价机制;(4)健全职业经理人市场监管机制与法律法规;(5)加快发展一批职业经理人市场中介服务机构。
The development of professional manager market has a direct influence on the economic development of China.To promote the development of this market, we should uplift the occupational capability and morality of the professional managers,build and perfect the supervision mechanism,set up an authoritative qualification evaluation system,found industry associations,and perfect the law for professional manager market in China.
