美国依利诺伊州整体式无缝桥梁设计方法 被引量:1

Approach to Designing Integral Abutment and Jointless Bridges in State of Illinois

摘要 介绍美国依利诺伊州典型整体式无缝桥梁的设计方法,在此类桥梁的设计理论和方法尚不成熟的情况下,为国内开展整体式无缝桥梁设计提供一种设计思路和方法。笔者根据过去几年在依利诺伊州的桥梁设计实践,介绍了该州整体式无缝桥梁的适应范围和施工顺序,总结了桩基础、桥台、桥台搭板和桥台与上部结构连接的设计方法,同时也指出了它的设计方法的一些缺陷,包括对桥头搭板和耳墙的设计。最后还对非典型整体式无缝桥梁的设计提出一些建议。实践证明,对于满足设计假定的"典型"整体式无缝桥梁,文中所介绍的经验设计方法既经济实用,又安全可靠,相信借鉴国外的成功经验,整体式无缝桥梁在中国将有着广泛的发展前景。 Through introducing design approach of integral abutment and jointless bridges in State of Illinois, USA, this paper tries to provide reference and one of design approaches to design practices of integral abutment and jointless bridges in China in case that, currently, design theory for this type of bridge is not mature worldwide. The paper summarizes the bridge construction sequence, design method of pile foundation, abutment, approach slab, wingwall, abutment-- superstructure connection, and design assumption or application limitation of the design method, based on writer's several years of design experience in Illinois. Meanwhile, some disadvantage of the approach is presented comparing with that adopted in other states. Suggestions are also given in designing integral abutment and jointless bridge that is not typical. The past experience in Illinois reveals that this design approach is simple, time--saving, and applicable for typical integral abutment and jointless bridges. It is believed that the use of integral abutment and jointless bridges will be widespread in China on the top of successful oversea experience.
