适应性绩效:动态环境中员工绩效管理的新思路 被引量:4

摘要 传统静态的员工绩效管理体系在动态变化的环境中面临挑战,适应性绩效为在动态环境中提升绩效管理的柔性化水平提供了新视角。本文在阐述适应性绩效理论模型的基础上,提出了绩效管理新模式,并给出了具体的企业操作实例和注意事项。
