摘要
针对国内某款开发中的电动小车前后悬架刚度匹配进行计算,根据电动小车操稳性和平顺性的要求确定前后悬架弹簧的刚度和横向稳定杆的刚度。在ADAMS/Car下建立电动小车整车模型,进行操稳性和平顺性仿真。仿真结果验证了前后悬架刚度的匹配使电动小车具有良好的操稳性和平顺性。
We first calculate the suspension ride and roll rates for a certain motor ear in theory. Then we estabilish a muti-body dynamic model for the motor car based on ADAMS software and simulate its handling stability and comfort performance. The results show that the matching of the suspension system gives the motor ear good performance. The investigation provides an important reference for suspension design.
