负载对塑料行星齿轮传动振动特性的影响

摘要 为了进一步了解塑料行星齿轮传动系统的振动特性,建立了塑料行星齿轮传动系统的实验模型,对塑料行星齿轮传动在不同工况下的振动特性进行了研究,利用频谱分析技术和时域滤波技术对实验数据进行了分析处理。研究结果表明:塑料行星齿轮传动的振动主要分布在齿轮啮合基频带及各次倍频、谐频带和转子不平衡频带等;转速和负载的增大加剧了塑料行星齿轮在啮合基频处和谐频处的振动强度;负载的增加会抑制塑料行星齿轮在啮合2倍频处的振动强度;负载和转速的增加会明显的抑制转子不平衡的影响。 To have a further study of the vibration characteristics of plastic planetary geared system under different running condition, we establish a test rig for a plastic planetary geared system. The experimental data were processed by using the spectrum analysis technique and time domain filter technique. The analytical results show that the spectra of the plastic planetary geared system are comprised of 1 × GMF( Gear Mesh Frequency) spectra and its harmonics spectra, 2 × GMF spectra, and rotor imbalance spectra; the increased speed and load significantly strengthen the energy of the plastic planetary geared system in 1 × GMF spectra and restrain the effect of rotor irabalance ; and the increased load can control the energy in the 2 × GMF spectra.
