摘要
师范生顶岗实习支教是实现高师院校培养目标的重要途径,研究实习的评优评奖工作对提高实习质量、培养高素质复合型人才、推进顶岗实习支教工作的稳步深入具有积极的导向作用。
The in-post teaching practice is a key route to realize the objectives established by the teacher universities.Proper evaluation of the in-post teaching practice is significant for the quality of the practice,education of competent students,and further improvement of the in-post teaching practice.
