摘要
河北师范大学实施的"顶岗实习支教"工程取得了令人瞩目的成绩,得到了社会各界的广泛好评和大力支持。为使工程向纵深领域拓展,有必要探索建立与顶岗实习支教相配套的创新型教师培养模式,就此可从岗前培训、岗上指导、岗后评价和创新型教师综合培养模式四个方面进行探讨,相信这种探讨有着很强的现实意义。
Hebei Normal University has launched the in-post teaching practice and achieved success and extensive recognition.However,the paper explores over a creative model of teacher education for the students who are engaged in the in-post teaching practice.Likewise,the writer discusses pre-stage training,in-post guiding,afterward evaluation,and construction of a comprehensive creative model.
