摘要
为了明确超高产小麦品种的生理特性及其与普通小麦品种的差异,研究了三个具有超级小麦产量潜力的新品种(系)(以下称超高产小麦品种)鲁原301、潍麦8号和山农62G在生育后期旗叶生理特性的变化。结果表明,与对照品种鲁麦14相比,三个超高产小麦品种(系)的旗叶都具有较高的光合速率,叶绿素含量高,衰老延缓,各个时期的可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量也比鲁麦14高。这表明超高产小麦品种对光能的利用能力高,有效光合时间和光合持续期延长,积累的有机物质增多。
Three super high yield wheat cultivars: Luyuan 301, Weimai 8 and Shannong 62G were used as materials to study the variation of photosynthetic parameters of flag leaf at late growth period. The results showed that Pn of flag leaf, the contents of chlorophyll, soluble protein and soluble sugar at different growth state of the three super high yield wheat cultivars were higher than those of Lumai 14. These indicated that super high yield wheat cultivars had higher ability to use light and longer photosynthetic period, which could accumulate more organic compounds. The yield of Luyuan 301, Weimai 8 and Shannong 62G increased by 10.7% .24.3% and 9.4% than that of Lumai 14.
