摘要
基于VLSI无线供能通信系统是微型生物植入电子装置的核心部件。本文开展了基于VLSI的无线供能通信系统中的耦合线圈实验。首先从耦合线圈尺寸、通信速率、耦合线圈同轴距离和2ASK解调方法等因素分析对通信质量的影响,其次,采用改进Miller(Modified Miller)编解码数据,进行二进制幅移键控调制类型,对三种线圈尺寸、四种通信速率进行了误码率测试实验。分析实验结果得出,在耦合线圈同轴距离、体外耦合线圈尺寸固定时,最大有效通信速率固定时,本系统中的有效体内耦合线圈半径为10mm。
VLSI wireless power harvesting telemetry system is the core of microelectronic implant. This paper states the coupling coil experiment in a VLSI wireless power harvesting telemetry system. First, the factors influencing telemetry quality are analyzed, which includes coil size, baud rate, internal distance and demodulation method. Then coupling coil experiments were carried out. Three sizes of coils, four kinds of baud rates were tested, and the modified Miller code and 2ASK modulation were adopted in the experiments. Experiment results show that the effective implant coil radius is 10 mm when the coupling coil size, internal distance and maximum baud rate are fixed.
