狭叶十大功劳白粉病病原菌鉴定及化学防治的研究 被引量:9

摘要 近年来狭叶十大功劳白粉病危害日益严重,经鉴定,确认该病病原菌为Microsphaera multappendicis。采用常用的10种药剂对病原菌进行了室内孢子萌发和田间药效试验,结果显示:烯唑醇和氟硅唑对孢子萌发的抑制作用最佳,4个浓度的抑制率98%-100%,氟硅唑、嘧菌酯、退菌特室外防治的效果也在64%以上,井冈霉素、加瑞农的效果稍差。 The damage of Mahonia fortunei ( Lindl. ) Fedde powdery mildew was increasingly serious in recent years. Morphological identification of the pathogen of Mahonia fortunei powdery mildew was made and ten fungicides were used in the tests of spore germination in door and control in field to select effective fungicides for control M. fortunei powdery mildew. The result showed that the pathogen was Microsphaera multappendicis. The inhibition effect on spore germination of Mancozeb and Flusilazole was 98%-100%. And the control effect of Flusilazole ,Azoxystrobin ,Tuzet was over 64% in fields. The effect of Validamycin and Kasumin-Bordeaux was relatively poor.
