摘要
绵麦37是绵阳市农业科学研究所育成,含有CIMMYT材料血缘的小麦品种,2004年通过四川省品种审定后在生产上大面积推广应用,表现高抗条锈病且抗性稳定。为明确绵麦37抗条锈性遗传基础,本试验选用5个抗病品种(系)和3个感病品种(系),分别与绵麦37组配成抗×抗、抗×感组合进行遗传分析。结果表明,绵麦37成株期对条中32号小种的抗性主要受1对显性基因的控制,同时受另2对隐性基因的影响。其抗源来自于CIM-MYT材料96EW37(SW2148),并且与川麦42、5563及MR168的抗源相似,其抗性基因不同于贵农系统。绵麦37作为综合性状优良的新品种,既可在生产上推广应用,也可作为抗源材料在育种上加以利用。
Wheat stripe rust is one of the most devastating diseases of common wheat in Southwest. Mianmai 37, a new wheat variety with parental resource from CIMMYT, was highly resistant to Chinese newly predominant races of Chinese Yellow Race (CYR32) at adult stage. In order to determine the inheritance of resistance in Mianmai 37, 5 resistant varieties and 3 susceptible varieties were used to cross with Mianmai 37, thus the F1 and F2 population were obtained. Resistance of parental varieties and their hybrid progenies were analyzed genetically by artificial inoculation with CYR32 at adult stages. The results showed that the resistance to stripe rust race CYR32 in Mianmai 37 at adult stage was controlled mainly by one dominant gene, and two recessive genes were also involved. The resistance resource of Mianmai 37 derived from CIMMYT was similar to that of Chuanmai 42, 5563 and MR168, but different from that of Guinong. The results indicted that Mianmai 37, as an excellent resistance resource, had a considerable value in wheat breeding by combining different resistance resources.
