抗菌肽对罗非鱼幼鱼生长性能的影响 被引量:33

摘要 试验选用2000尾体重为(25.31±1.00)g健康奥尼罗非鱼分为4个处理,每个处理5个重复,研究抗菌肽对罗非鱼幼鱼生长性能的影响,黄霉素组和抗菌肽组分别在基础日粮中添加20mg/kg黄霉素和50、100、150mg/kg中农肽宝,试验期56d。结果表明:不同处理组,罗非鱼试验全期成活率都达到99.5%以上(P>0.05),全期饵料系数、特定生长率、相对增重率、增重均无显著差异(P>0.05),第8周50mg/kg抗菌肽组的肥满度显著低于黄霉素组、100mg/kg抗菌肽组和150mg/kg抗菌肽组(P<0.05)。说明抗菌肽和黄霉素在促生长和抑制病原菌方面上具有类似的效果,黄霉素和高剂量的抗菌肽有利于提高罗非鱼的肥满度,不同添加剂量的抗菌肽对罗非鱼的生长性能无显著影响。
