酒精糟及其残液干燥物(DDGS)是工业生产酒精的副产品,因其蛋白含量较高,近年来在畜禽生产中广泛应用,体现出较高的营养价值、经济价值和生态价值。DDGS的营养价值主要表现为高蛋白质含量、高脂肪和可消化纤维以及高有效磷含量。DDGS营养成分变异性较大,而造成其变异的主要原因是生产原料和加工工艺的不同。我国现阶段对于DDGS的研究还远落后于生产,因此急需对DDGS饲料进行深入研究,以推进这一优良蛋白质资源在我国畜牧业中的有效应用。

Distillers dried grains with solubles （DDGS） is a co-product of ethanol industry production. In recent years, it has been wildly applied in animal feeding owning to its high protein content and reflected higher nutritional value, economic value, and ecological value. The high nutritional value of DDGS was reflected mainly in the high protein content, high-fat, high-digestible fiber and available phosphorus content. There is big variation in nutrient content of DDGS, and the main reason of the variation is different raw materials and different processing technology. But in our country, the study of DDGS was fall behind its production at the present stage. It was urgently needed to research DDGS in depth, thus facilitating the effective application of this good protein resource in animal husbandry.
