摘要 通过采用不同的加载方式对鸡蛋进行加载,测量蛋壳的强度,并在此基础上对比两种不同的有限元建模方法,得到更为有效的分析模型。静力实验和有限元结合分析可以得到:鸡蛋在相同外载荷下横周径上的承载能力大于小头和大头,且小头大于大头;纵轴方向上不同部位的横周径越大承载能力越大。 Chicken eggs were loaded under two modes (flat, ring) for the measurement of eggshell strength. Based on this, finite element analysis was conducted using two models and their effectiveness was compared. Combined static test and finite element analysis gave the following conclusions: (1) the horizontal diameter of chicken eggs exhibits a higher load-bearing capacity than the small and big ends under the same loading conditions and the load-bearing capacity of the small end is higher than that of the big end; (2) the carrying capacity is elevated with the increasing of horizontal diameter along the longitudinal axis.
