摘要
自噬在细胞和组织稳态中发挥重要作用。基础性的自噬有修复细胞和维持细胞存活的作用,但是过量的自噬会导致细胞死亡。近年来,对自噬的研究主要集中于肿瘤细胞,而对正常细胞的自噬了解较少。血管内皮细胞的功能变化与人类多种重大疾病的发生和发展有密切关系,因此,最近对血管内皮细胞自噬的研究越来越受到重视,研究内容主要为不同因素对血管内皮细胞自噬的调节作用及其可能的分子机制。本文对该方面的近期研究结果进行综述。
Autophagy plays an important role in cellular and tissue homeostasis. Basal autophagy may act as a reparative and life-sustaining mechanism, but excessive autophagic activity promotes cell death. In recent years, most of the researches on autophagy focus on cancer cells, while autophagic activity in normal ceils remains poorly understood. Since functional changes in vascular endothelial cells result in various human diseases, studies on autophagy in vascular endothelial cells have become more and more attractive. At present, a number of studies have focused on the modulation of vascular endothelial cell autophagy by different elements and their possible mechanisms. In this review, we summarize the research progress of the modulation of autophagy in vascular endothelial cells.
