胚胎干细胞标记及其体内生物药剂学特点

Human embryonic stem cell labeling and in vivo biopharmaceutical characters

摘要 胚胎干细胞的多潜能性分化特点和无限的自我更新能力使其成为再生药物,一直处于人类生命科学研究的前沿。近年来,应用胚胎干细胞治疗疾病的研究报道屡见不鲜,但关于其体内组织分布和代谢动力学特点等相关问题还没有系统设计的研究报道,而这些问题是实现胚胎干细胞应用于临床治疗疾病所必须解决的。本文综述了胚胎干细胞体内应用后的生物药剂学特点,并比较了各种标记示踪方法的优缺点。 Embryonic stem cells have been becoming the frontier of human life science research and a regenerative medicine due to its abilities of self-renewal and infinite differentiation. Although investigations show that embryonic stem cells have therapeutic efficacy, the in vivo distribution and metabolism dynamics which are essential for embryonic stem cell therapy, have not been fully understood yet. This paper reviewed the biopharmaceutical profiles of embryonic stem cells and compared the advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of labeling methods for cellular tracking.
