供体细胞核移入去核卵母细胞后,体细胞型组蛋白H1被卵母细胞型组蛋白H1替换。在克隆胚胎发育过程中,卵母细胞型组蛋白H1被体细胞型组蛋白H1取代。核移植后,组蛋白H3发生甲基化修饰,组蛋白H3和H4的乙酰化水平发生改变。这些组蛋白修饰的变化对于克隆胚胎的发育是重要的。
Somatic histone H1 is replaced by oocyte-specific histone H1 after transfer of donor nucleus into enucleated oocyte. Oocyte-specific histone H1 is replaced by somatic histone H1 during the development of cloned embryos. Methylation modification of histone H3 and changes in histone H3 and H4 acetylation occur after nuclear transfer. These changes in histone modification are important for the development of cloned embryos.
