摘要 肾小球足细胞裂孔隔膜(slit diaphragm,SD)是肾小球滤过屏障的重要结构和功能单位,在防止蛋白尿的发生中起着重要作用。SD蛋白质是SD的重要组成成分,在维持SD的结构和功能的完整性方面发挥着关键性作用,并且与蛋白尿的发生密切相关。深入研究SD蛋白质在蛋白尿发生发展过程中的作用机制,可有助于发现治疗蛋白尿的新靶点,从而更好地设计蛋白尿的早期诊断与治疗方案,为预防肾病综合征提供新的策略。 Glomerular podocyte slit diaphragm (SD) is an important structural and functional unit of glomerular filtration barrier which plays an important role in the prevention of proteinuria. SD proteins are important components and play a key role in the integrity of the structure and function of SD, and are closely related to the prevention of proteinuria. Intensive studying the mechanism of SD proteins in proteinuria can help identify new targets for the treatment of proteinuria, better design the program of early diagnosis and treatment of nephrotic syndrome and provide new strategies for the prevention of nephrotic syndromet.
