基于LabVIEW谱分析法求转轴扭矩的原理研究

摘要 借助激光读出头工作原理和LabVIEW巧妙结合的方式,对转轴扭矩的测量原理进行了研究。通过激光读出头测得反应转轴扭矩信息的两路信号,将转轴扭矩的测量转变为对两路信号相位差的求解,再利用LabVIEW中的谱分析法间接求解,得到转轴的扭矩值。 This article studies the measuring principle of shaft torque by working principle of optical pickup and clever combination of LabVIEW. Measure the two information signals response of shaft torque by optical pickup. Shaft torque measurement will be changed into two signals with different phases. Then indirectly to obtain the shaft torque by using spectral analysis in LabVIEW .It is a new measurement which including optical, mechanical and virtual instruments .
