摘要
为解决供应链多级库存系统中多级决策的选择、匹配和系统性能优化问题,提出了一种基于多过程仿真的性能优化与多级决策选择匹配方法(MPSM)。从多过程交互的角度,提出了基于物理层、社会层和知识层的集成了仿真结构性建模、定量建模和实施建模的多过程仿真建模方法;分析了多级库存的拓扑结构模型、多级策略匹配模型,建立了多因素、多指标的性能仿真优化模型;基于Arena仿真工具的具体应用案例表明,MPSM可以建模和优化更真实、更复杂的多级库存系统,并确定相应的最优多级控制策略方案。
To optimize the performance and select/match the multi-decision of multi-echelon inventories system in supply chain environment,a multi-process-simulation based performance optimization and multi-decision selection/match method was proposed.From the perspective of multi-process interaction,a three-stratum of physical,social,and knowledge based Multi-Process Simulation Modeling(MPSM) method involving the modeling of simulation structure model,quantitative model,and executive model was demonstrated first.Then the structure model,the multi-decision match model,and the multi-factor multi-metric simulation based performance optimization model were built in detail.Case of the performance optimization and multi-decision selection/match of a concrete multi-echelon inventories system based on Arena software indicated MPSM can be used to model and optimize the more truthful and complex multi-echelon system and decide the corresponding optimal solution of the multi-decision control policies.
