摘要
莆田LNG电厂500 kV送出湄洲湾海域大跨越为国内首条500 kV海上大跨越工程,其中的19号海上大跨越高塔为我国第1次在海中组立500 kV大跨越双回路钢管塔。海上高塔组立施工存在着海上施工场地狭小、运输装卸难度大、高塔吊装困难、高空作业安全监控及防高坠问题突出等。为了确保高塔组立施工的进度、质量、安全,对海上高塔组立施工中的关键技术难点进行研究,并将研究成果应用于工程实际,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
500 kV outgoing Meizhou Bay large crossing over-sea tower in Putian LNG Power Plant is the first domestic 500 kV large crossing oversea project, of which No. 19 tower is a 500 kV large-crossing double-circuit steel tube tower to be erected in the sea in China. This erection has many problems, including narrow construction site on the sea, difficulties for transportation unloading and hoisting, safety monitor in the air operation and air dropping prevention, etc. For the purpose of construction schedule, quality and safety a study on key technical difficulties in high tower erection on the sea was carried out, and study results were used for the project with good economical and social benefits.
