摘要
根据西藏中部电网现状及发展规划,分析了"十一五"末期西藏中部电网出现高一级电压的必要性,从设备制造难度、电磁环境影响、电源接入系统条件、工程造价以及方案适应性等方面对高一级电压采用220 kV和330 kV电压等级方案进行了比较,指出西藏中部电网高一级电压采用220 kV电压等级更为合理。
According to the current situation and development planning in Central Tibet Power Grid, the paper discusses the necessity of its higher voltage level at the end of the "11 th-Five-Year" plan, and compares between 2 schemes, 220 kV and 330 kV, including equipment manufacturing difficulties, electromagnetic environment impact, power source connect-in system conditions and engineering cost. Finally, it points out that 220 kV used for the Central Tibet power grid will bemore rational.
