2009年,为应对全球金融危机、促进国内经济平稳较快发展,国家出台了一揽子刺激经济政策,效果明显。前3季度,我国经济回升势头逐步增强,总体积极向好;为此,国家统计局新闻发言人用少有的肯定语气说：GDP保8没有悬念。
