On the Basic Attributes of Social Transformation in the New Period of China

中国新时期社会转型,是指改革开放以来社会发展与社会变迁的全过程及其基本状态,是对新时期中国经济社会发展进程的一种新的理解,也是分析中国社会现实和未来发展过程、方向、目标的性质、特点的新视角。回顾和反思新时期30年改革开放的历程,显而易见:改革开放的历史性是中国新时期社会转型的首要的时代性属性;中国特色社会主义实践性是中国新时期社会转型的主题性属性;执政党和政府的社会发展战略决策性是中国新时期社会转型的战略目标性属性;人民性(以人为本)是中国新时期社会转型的价值性属性。

The social transformation in the new period in China indicates the social development and change process and its basic state since the reform and opening. It is a new understanding of China＇s economic and social development process in the new period,also a new perspective to analyse the social reality of China and its future process of development, direc： tion,nature of the aim and characteristics. After the retrospection and reflection of the route of reform and opening for 30 years in new period,it is obvious.the historicity of reform and opening is the key attribute of the time in the transformational stage of the society in China in the new period; the practicality of the socialism with Chinese characteristics is the thematic attribute of social transformation in China in the new period; the decisiveness of the party in power and govern merit in social development strategy is the objective attribute;and people-centeredness is the attribute of value in this period.
