Technical Transformation of the Electric Dust Removal System at the Head of the Sinter Machine in Iron Making Plant of BX Steel

本文通过对本钢炼铁厂二烧车间机头电除尘器烟尘排放超标以及烧线烟尘的特点进行了原因分析,针对原因提出相应的改造措施,并在大修中付诸实施,以提高除尘效率。

This paper has analyzed the causes of the fume over-emission by the electric dust removal system at head of the sinter machine in No.2 Sinter Shop of Iron Making Plant of BX STEEL as well as the characteristics of the sinter line fume emission, and, in view of the detected causes, has put forward relevant transformation measures which were adopted during revamp, as a result, the dust removal efficiency has been greatly improved.
