摘要
依据酒钢连铸机的具体条件,建立了方坯连铸二冷喷淋系统的变比水量控制模型,实现了随铸坯钢种、断面尺寸及拉速变化对各回路水量连续实时控制。不仅方便现场工程师进行参数调整也稳定了铸坯表面的温度,从而改善了铸坯表面质量和内部质量。经现场应用表明,利用变比水量配水模型所制定的二冷配水制度是合理的,得到的铸坯质量良好。
A contral model of secondary cooling base on changing rate of the water quantity is established on the billet continuous casting of JISCO General Works. According to the steel grades,the billet section sizes and the casting speed,the control model can adjust secondary spray cooling zone water flow rates.Either convenience technic engineer to adjust parameter or stabilize the surface tempture of the billet.The control system application has verified that the changing rate of the water quantity for secondary cooling is suitable and the quality of casting slab is good.
