摘要
适应冶金行业生产工艺现代化、生产过程连续化、大型装备国产化、设备成本经济化的市场需求,以自主研发的基于嵌入式微处理器的多功能过程控制器为核心,采用复合张力控制方案,整合设计了一种经济型现场分布式控制系统,实现了国产卧式连续带钢光亮退火生产过程自动化,有效降低了系统建设和维护成本。目前该生产线控制系统在多家带钢生产企业投入运行,退火后带钢的板厚和板形达标。
An economy distributed field control system was developed to meet the requirements of metallurgical industry including modem production technology, continuous production process, and domestically large-scale Equipment. The system mainly consists of self-developed multifunctional process controller based on embedded microprocessor which uses conformity design and adopts complex tensility control strategy. It can implement automation control of the horizontal continuous metal strip bright annealing process efficiently, and reduce construction and maintenance costs. Now, several production lines control system had utilized in many metal strip production enterprises,and satisfied the target requirements of the thickness and shape of metal strip after annealing.
