摘要
进行了用于远程协同故障诊断异地信息传输的装备现场信息预处理研究,介绍了在线SVR预测方法在装备健康状况预测中的应用,从而为现场信息预处理调用深层、浅层信息处理的执行策略提供参考依据。深层信息处理则将粗集用于装备现场诊断规则整理。给出了现场信息预处理的硬件实现和其在混凝土运输车上的应用实例,证明了研究内容的有效性。
An ID--LIP was proposed,which was used in information transmission of RCFD. An on --line SVR prediction method was introduced significantly, which was applied in equipment performance prediction, the prediction results can provide a reference basis for executing strategy of ID--LIP to manipulate deep or shallow information preprocessing. Deep information preprocessing can adopt rough set to sort local diagnostic rules of equipment. The hardware realization and application examples of ID--LIP on concrete transport vehicle was also presented, and the examples verify the effectiveness of this study.
