城市自助组织能力建设探析——以HTY信息咨询中心为个案的研究

The Research on Capacity Building of City Self-help Organizations——Based on the Case of HTY Information Consulting Center

文章文采用质性研究方法,通过对残疾人自助组织的个案研究,来探讨中国城市自助组织能力建设的途径,认为自助组织在能力建设中,首先要立足于本群体的利益,突出组织的特性;申请项目要有市场化运作的能力;不要完全排斥官方组织,两者可互为补充;政府也应为自助组织提供更多的支持来促进其能力建设。

The capacity building is important for a serf-help organization. Through a case study of a disability serf-help organization, this paper tries to explore the way of urban serf-help organization＇s capacity building. The author analyzes the case on qualitive research method. The conclusion is that a serf-help organization should base itself on its members, which characterizes the organization. Applying for projects is useful to raise money, but not keeping the government organizations away. The government should supply more to accelerate the capacity building of self-help groups.
