摘要
《招标投标法》颁布实施已历经九年,但招标制度仍有需要完善的地方。当前,我国市场经济环境与《招标投标法》制定之时环境有所区别,借《招标投标法实施条例》制定在即之契机,文章探讨了现行招标制度执行过程中面临的几个问题。
The Tendering and Bidding Law has been promulgated for nine years, but this Law Still needed to consummate. Our country market economy environment at present differs from the environment when The Law was made.This paper discusses several issues inthe implementation of the law.
