摘要
为了提高机载单通道雷达在低多普勒分辨率情况下的运动目标检测性能,提出了一种基于离散长球序列(DPSS)投影矩阵的运动目标检测方法。首先根据系统参数构造DPSS投影矩阵,然后利用正交DPSS投影矩阵抑制主瓣杂波,最后在多普勒域进行运动目标检测。该方法在抑制主瓣杂波的同时能够比较好地保留目标的能量,能够明显提高目标的检测性能。仿真实验验证了上述方法的有效性。
To improve the performance on moving target detection in low Doppler resolution case, a method for moving target detection by employing the discrete prolate spheroidal sequence (DPSS) projection matrix is developed. The developed method constructs the DPSS projection matrix according to system parameters, and then suppresses the mainlobe clutter using the orthogonal projection matrix. Finally, the moving target detection is implemented in Doppler domain. The method can maintain good response on the target signal while suppressing the mainlobe clutter and improving the performance on the target detection. The method is verified by simulation results.
