护理关怀的概念及其量性测评工具研究现状 被引量：14

The concept and quantitative measurement of nurses' caring behaviors

摘要 关怀是护理研究的热点之一，但是由于其内容的抽象性和影响因素的复杂性，护理关怀的概念尚未统一。部分学者编制了量性的测评工具，用以研究护理关怀概念的内在维度，同时也为临床工作中护士关怀素质的评价提供了依据。下面对护理关怀的测评工具进行综述。
