制备条件对Ni/Al_2O_3催化剂催化性能的影响

The Effect of Manufacture Conditions on the Catalytic Activities of Ni/Al_2O_3 Catalyst

用混合杂多酸处理工业ｒＡｌ２Ｏ３载体，制备了一种低镍含量Ｎｉ／Ａｌ２Ｏ３催化剂．经微反等证实：此催化剂在苯加氢制环已烷反应中所表现出的催化性能均与催化剂的制备条件密切相关．

Al 2O 3 treated with heteropolyacid is used as the carrier in the production of Ni/Al 2O 3 catalyst. The carrier is loaded with nickel by means of dipping Al 2O 3 in the salt solution. Microreactor gas chromatography stady indicates that manufacture conditions of the solid catalyst have a great effect on the catalyst activity in the hydrogenation of benzene.
