摘要
秩是矩阵的重要数值特征之一．本文作者运用矩阵的范数研究列满矩阵，提出并证明了列满矩阵元素扰动秩的稳定性定理及两个推论．
Rank is one of the important characteristics in matrix.The column filled matrix is studied by using matrix notm in this paper.The stability of motion rank about element of column filled matrix and two inferences were put forward.
