摘要
提出一种新型的交错并联双管正激零电压零电流软开关脉宽调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)DC-DC变换器。与传统的交错并联双管正激PWMDC-DC变换器相比,它不含有辅助谐振电路。利用带有抽头的输出平滑电感、缓冲电容及变压器寄生电感,可实现开关管的软开关。该变换器可有效地抑制开关管的电压、电流尖峰,降低回路中的环流损耗,没有变压器饱和效应。根据不同工作模式下的等效电路图,分析这种新型变换器的工作原理、软开关实现条件。制作一个使用绝缘栅双极型晶体管(insulated gate bipolartransistor,IGBT)的500W-100kHz样机,通过仿真和实验验证该变换器的有效性。
A novel interleaving double switch forward zero-voltage and zero-current soft-switching pulse width modulation (PWM) DC-DC converter was presented. Compared with conventional interleaving double switch forward PWM DC-DC converter, this converter doesn't include auxiliary resonant circuit. It can achieve soft-switching for the active power switches by the tapped-inductor type smoothing filter, lossless snubber capacitors and transformer parasitic inductors. This converter can reduce the voltage of the switch, current peak and circulating current loss of the circuit without transformer saturation effect. The principle of new type converter and soft-switching implementation condition according to the different equivalent circuits was analyzed. The practical effectiveness of the proposed converter was illustrated by the simulation results and experimental results via 500W-100 kHz prototype using the fast switching insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBTs).
