摘要
大功率LED的使用寿命、光输出定向性等指标均优于常规的高压钠灯光源,因此在道路照明中将会逐步得到应用。在决定大功率LED的性能和路灯设计的几个关键技术中,散热设计是非常重要的一环,散热设计的好坏将直接关系到LED路灯的实际应用能否成功。文章主要从大功率LED的热特性着手,通过分析大功率LED的散热设计流程及常见的一、二次散热方案,来探讨大功率LED路灯的散热方案和不同的散热方案所适应的范围,并给出了一些建议。
High-power LEDs are superior to traditional high-pressure sodium lamps in service life, directional light output, and other respects. They will be used as street lights gradually. The thermal design is one of the key techniques to determine the performance of high-power LEDs and high-power LED street lights. The quality of thermal design will affect the practical application of LED street lights. After introducing the thermal characteristics of high-power LEDs, this article analyzes the thermal design process, the first and the second heat dissipation solutions of high-power LEDs. By studying the different application scopes of different heat dissipation solutions, this article gives some suggestions.
