摘要
简要概述了我国生态建设取得的显著成就,客观分析了存在的生态环境压力大、生态建设实际需求与投入差距大、发展成效不平衡、成果还需要巩固等主要问题,提出搞好生态建设重点要从事后治理向事前保护转变,要从以人工建设为主向自然恢复转变。同时提出对城市生态建设的几点看法。
A brief overview of China＇s ecological construction which has made remarkable achievements, an objective analysis of the main problems of ecological construction, heavy eco-environment pressure, large gap between actual demand and investment, uneven development, effectiveness needed to consolidate. In order to made good governance of ecological construction should focus shift from the ex post facto to the pre-protection, from the artificial construction as the main changes to the natural recovery. At the same time a few observations on urban eco- logical construction are provided.
