摘要
在对平纹织物的几何结构进行理论分析的基础上,应用数学方法推导了织物极限密度的数学表达式,归纳了不同原组织的极限经纬纱密度范围,并通过实际试织,在织机上织造了能正常生产的最大密度织物,还对造成实际密度与理论密度差异的原因进行了分析.
Based on the theoretical analysis of plain fabric structure,the formula of densest fabric are derived by use of mathematics method,the ranges of limit warp and weft densities of different basic weaves are introduced. Through practical weaving,the densest fabric that can be normal weaved on loom has been produced. The reasons that cause the difference between practical and theoretical density are also analysed.
