This article discusses the definition of ＂low-carbon economy＂, that ＂low-carbon economy＂ is proposed in the context of global warming to human survival and development challenges, the development of China＇s low-carbon economy is giving a high degree of attention. Forestry in addressing climate change has an irreplaceable position. Changing concepts of production, establish a large forestry concept is the theme of eco-cultural construction, but also the key to enhance China＇s future competitiveness.
