摘要
随着网络连接技术的发展成熟,企业级即时通讯工具EIM由于集成了即时通讯和协同办公,而有着广大的市场前景。为了推动EIM技术在全球范围内更好更快的为企业服务,通过分析EIM应用现状及企业对EIM认识上存在的误区,提出针对不同的企业员工对员工E2E、企业员工对客户E2C、企业客户对客户C2C 3种应用模式。
With the mature development of the network connection technologies, enterprise-class instant messaging (ELM) has a broad market prospect as a result of integrating instant messaging and collaborative office. In order to promote the ElM technology, service for enterprises better and faster in the world, by analyzing EIM application status and misunderstanding of enterpriss,we present three application modes which have different targets:employees to employees E2E, employees to customers E2C,and enterprise customers to customers C2C.
