摘要
采用实证研究的方法探讨了组织文化与员工知识分享行为之间的关系。通过对华南地区25家企业的315名员工的调查,研究发现:组织文化的3种类型中,官僚型文化对员工知识分享行为具有消极影响,而创新型文化、支持型文化则对员工知识分享行为具有积极影响。
This study explores the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge sharing behavior. Data collected from 315 employees in 25 firms shows that organization culture has a significant impact sharing behavior. The bureaucrat culture has a negative impact on staff's knowledge sharing on staff' s behavior. knowledge Innovative culture and support culture have a positive impact on staff's knowledge sharing behavior.
