独立学院人才培养模式的构建与实践

Construction and practice of a talent training model for independent institutes

在确定了独立学院定位的基础上,提出了人才培养总体目标,构建了人才培养基本模式,进行了接受教学实践的检验,实施结果表明,所构建的融传授知识、培养能力与提高素质"三位一体"的"3311"独立学院人才培养基本模式初显了独立学院人才培养的基本特点。

This paper,after establishing the status of independent institutes,proposes the general goals of talent training,constructs a basic talent training model and conducts evaluations of teaching practices. Results show that the ＂trinity＂ talent training model, which combines knowledge construction, capability training and quality development for ＂3311＂ independent institutes has demonstrated some basic characteristics of training models for independent institutes.
