摘要
通过冷态模型对两平行平展射流在炉内的气动力学特性进行了试验。试验结果表明:两平行平展射流从各自喷口射出后,相互间的间距和彼此的旋转方向对其射流的扩展将有不同的干扰,因而影响炉内的气动力学特性。指出,在实际应用平焰燃烧器群供热时,应按材料加热工艺的要求,根据燃烧器的性能确定相邻两平展流适当距离以及不同旋向的燃烧器合理搭配,只有这样才能达到高产、优质、低耗的目的。
The aerodynamic properties of two parallel flat jets in the furnace have been tested by means of the cold state model and the results show that the distance between two flat jets and their rotating directions would disturb their spreading and influence the aerodynamic property in the furnace. It is pointed that the suitable distance between two near flat jets and the reasonable matching of the burners with different rotating directions shall be determined according to the heating process and the features of burners when a group of flat flame burners are practically used for supplying heat, so that the high productivity, good quality and low consumption can be achieved.
