摘要
针对人造板数控裁板锯的二维板材下锯优化的问题,运用优化理论,建立了矩形件优化排样数学模型,并提出了基于启发式规则的一刀切约束条件下二维板材下料算法。通过下料实例和理论分析,证明该算法能够有效地提高板材的利用率。
Two-dimensional stock cutting optimize problem of numerical controlled panel saw for wood-based panel production equipment, a mathematical model for rectangle optimal layout based on optimization theory is established. Constrained two-dimensional guillotine cutting stock cutting algorithm based on heuristic regulation is given in this paper. Instance and theoretical analysis of production stock cutting proves that this algorithm is practical and effective, it was useful way to improve utilization ratio of plate material.
