未反应芯模型在煤焦水蒸汽气化反应中的应用

摘要 本文从未反应芯模型出发,推导并验证了煤焦与水蒸汽气化反应的动力学模型,并计算了三种煤焦在不同温度和压力下的反应速率常数,求出了反应活化能。包括水蒸汽分压、基碳转化率和反应温度影响的煤焦—水蒸汽反应的速率方程式如下: The unreacted-Core shrinking model which describes the kinetic behavior of coal char reacting with steam has been developed and verified in this paper. The reaction rate constants and active energy for various temperatures and pressures for three chars have calculated by the model application. A rate equation which incorporates the errects on steam partial pressure, base carbon conversion and reaction temperature has been proposed for three chars reacting with steam. It could be well expressed as;
