摘要
本文主要从东盟电信市场发展状况和中国电信运营商自身两个方面,对中国电信运营商在东盟营销进行可行性分析,并从中国电信运营商的角度进行了SWOT分析和相关的营销策略探讨。
In this paper, the feasibility analysis of China's telecom operators marketing in ASEAN is conducted mainly from the development of ASEAN' s telecom market and two plates of China' s own telecom operators. Of which the first section includes ASEAN's telecommunication policy and opening-up level of market, developing level of market, competitive situation of operating and developing prediction; The second plate includes the international competitiveness of Chinese telecom operators, capacity of the internal resource and coordination and cooperation. Later from China' s Telecom angles, the SWOT is analyzed and the marketing strategy is explored.
