摘要
在300MW锅炉模拟试验台上,比较了导流板式燃烧器在不同工况下的空气动力场。试验结果表明,当采用导流板式燃烧器,且整组燃烧器的高宽比不大于6.5~8.5时,调节导流板安装尺寸可有效地调节炉内空气动力场。当燃烧器组的高宽比大于11.5,且导流板安装角度大于25°时,炉内切圆直径很小,在热态运行时将导致燃烧不稳。
On 300 MW boiler simulation test rig, the aerodynamic fields of guide plate type burner under different conditions were compared. The test results indicated that the aerodynamic field in furnace may be regulated effectively with regulation of guide plate installing size, when the hight/width ratio of a complete set of guide plate type burner wasn't more than 6.5-8.5.
