摘要
EVA-625电梯/扶梯振动和噪音分析仪是由美国PMT公司研制的一种计算机辅助检测系统。该仪器可以对电梯和扶梯的多项特性参数进行测量,如:噪音、运行距离、速度、加(减)速度、加加速度、振动等特性,以及扶梯的梯级速度与扶手带速度差、梯级与裙板的安全间隙和摩擦系数等,而且测得的数据可以保存并由计算机处理以曲线图显示,对测量得到的数据进行分析,可以发现电梯和扶梯存在的潜在问题。
EVA-625 is an elevator and escalator vibration and noise analysis system designed by American company PMT, which constituted by a set of software and some auxiliary hardware. EVA-625 can inspect a lot of elevator＇s and escalator＇s parameters, such as： noise, distance, speed, acceleration, deceleration, jerk, vibration, the distance and coefficient of sliding friction between the edge of the step and skirt, etc. All data detected by EVA-625 can be recorded and displayed in diagram of curves. We can also find some potential problems by analyze the detected data.
