摘要
利用电化学式氢气传感器设计了一款管道泄漏检测仪。详细阐述该检测仪器所使用的H2/M-1000传感器结构及工作原理,然后为其设计一种提供恒定电位的供电电路,最终构造出具有灵敏度高、反映迅速的气体变送器电路。该查漏仪检测电路具有响应时间快、抗干扰能力强等特点,具有很好的应用前景。
The pipeline leak detection circuit is designed by using electrochemical hydrogen sensor. The principle and constitute of H2/M-1000 hydrogen used in this instrument is expatiated, and then a power supply circuit is designed to provide a constant potential, ultimately gas transducer circuit with high sensitivity, rapid response is constructed. The leak detection circuit have many advantage such as fast response time, strong anti-interference, portable and so on, and have better application prospects.
