通过对济钢第二炼铁厂320烧结计量系统的建立进行总结,并根据各计量系统提供的数据建立起一套物流动态监控系统和各皮带秤稳定性的监测体系,从而提高物流管理水平,及时监控皮带秤的运行状况,对计量器具的管理也达到了较高水平。

The paper sum up the foundation of 320 sintering measure system in the puddling plant No.2 ofjigang, and according to the data from the measure system, founded a set of dynamic supervise system about the material flow and the stability of belt scales. Thereby improve the manage level of the material flow, supervise the run state of the belt scales, and reach a higher manage level of the measure implement.
